The Beach family has been welcoming families to Basin Harbor for 126 years. With so many things to do and such a wonderful setting to do them in, it has become the destination of choice for groups planning a special occasion whether it be a family reunion or a social group gathering.

Our event coordinator tailors your celebration to your needs and pays attention to every detail so you don't have to. Spend your time with your family and friends instead. Tour Lake Champlain on a guided scenic cruise and show your daughter where you learned to swim at summer camp. Plant a Tree in memory of a loved one. Challenge your siblings at badminton. Snap a photo of the whole group in front of the Adirondacks and place it in the album you made in our keepsaking workshop. From hayrides to golf tournaments, your family will create memories of their Vermont vacation to last for years to come.

Mealtimes at Basin Harbor are also something to be shared, whether it's roasting marshmallows in a bonfire or cracking open a lobster at the Shore Dinner. Our coordinator can arrange your own private dinner parties and will work with you to create a special space and menu. And we also offer specialized gifts and mementoes to take home.
